4. Product information

We take care to describe our machines accurately, including specifications, tolerances and capabilities. Specifications may change as products are improved, and small variations are possible. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell. A contract is formed only when we accept an order in writing.

5. Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to availability. Prices exclude taxes, duties, shipping and insurance unless stated otherwise. Any order is subject to our written acceptance and to the sale terms below.

6. Sale terms

Delivery

Delivery timelines given at quotation are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs, carriers, or force majeure. Risk passes to you on delivery, as specified in the applicable Incoterms.

Payment

Payment terms are those stated in the quotation or invoice. Title in the goods remains with us until payment is received in full.

Warranty

We warrant that machines will be free from material defects in workmanship for the warranty period stated in your quotation or invoice, when used as intended and properly maintained. The warranty does not cover consumables (such as bits and collets), normal wear, misuse, unauthorised modification, or damage from improper power supply or environment. Your sole remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement at our option.

Returns

Because machines are supplied to order, returns are accepted only where agreed in writing or required by law. Contact us before returning anything.

7. Installation, training and safety

CNC machines are powered tools with moving parts. You are responsible for ensuring they are operated safely, by trained people, in a suitable environment, and in line with local health-and-safety requirements. Our training and documentation support this, but do not transfer that responsibility to us.

8. Export controls and compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export, import, sanctions and customs laws. Certain precision machinery may be subject to export controls in some jurisdictions. We may decline or cancel any order that we believe would breach those laws.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business, and our total liability arising out of any order will not exceed the price paid for the goods in question.

Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Accessibility

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
