Privacy Policy.

How we collect, use and protect your personal data, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: 11 July 2026

1. Who we are

Niloufar Business Enterprise LLP ("Niloufar", "we", "us") supplies CNC machines and related services worldwide. Our registered address is Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra 411021, India. For any privacy question, contact us at niloufarbusinessenterprise@gmail.com.

For the purposes of the EU/UK GDPR, we act as the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. What we collect

  • Information you give us: when you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number, country, and anything you write in your message.
  • Technical information: collected automatically when you visit, including IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and referring site.
  • Cookies: small files stored on your device. See section 6.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not collect special-category data (such as health or biometric data).

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote: because you asked us to, and to take steps before entering a contract.
  • To supply, deliver and support machines you buy: to perform our contract with you.
  • To improve the website and understand how it's used: our legitimate interest in running a functioning business, or your consent where cookies require it.
  • To meet legal, tax and export obligations: to comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with parties who help us run the business. These include our website host, our email provider, and shipping and logistics partners where an order requires it. Each is required to protect your data and use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. International transfers

We serve customers worldwide and are based in India, so your data may be transferred outside your country, including outside the EEA or UK. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection, such as relying on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies, if enabled, help us understand which pages are useful. We ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site. Most browsers also let you block cookies entirely.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a potential sale, and customer records for as long as we have a business relationship plus any period required by tax and accounting law. After that we delete it or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, or withdraw consent you previously gave. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

  • EU / UK (GDPR): the rights above apply in full.
  • India (DPDP Act, 2023): you may access, correct, and erase your data, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. Contact us at the address above with any grievance.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): you may know what we collect, request deletion or correction, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing". We do neither. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
  • Other regions, including Brazil (LGPD), Canada (PIPEDA), Australia, New Zealand, South Africa (POPIA), Japan, Singapore and China: we honour equivalent rights where the law grants them.

To exercise any right, email niloufarbusinessenterprise@gmail.com. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
