Shantanu holds an MBA in International Business from Germany and brings a global, entrepreneurial outlook to Niloufar. A dynamic and visionary leader based in Pune, he understands business across borders and is driven to build Niloufar into a globally recognised brand.
His international training shapes how the company works: grounded in India's engineering strength, and confidently global in reach, serving a lab in Pune and a lab across the world with the same standard of care.
